Aaron Johnstun is the founder of Utah Business Mediators and a practicing attorney at Johnstun Law. His career is defined by a deep immersion in both the creation and the resolution of business entities. On the transactional side, he advises entrepreneurs on startups with a particular emphasis on SaaS, IoT, and cloud-based tech ventures. His experience covers the full lifecycle of a business, from initial licensing and royalty agreements to complex mergers and acquisitions.

Aaron has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
